Went for a walk in the woods of Oslo, cause i like em woods u know. There i met this beautiful wild creature by the name Dorthea. Turns out she was abandoned there as a little baby, and raised by fairies. Amazing story.

It's been a while

Cause of summer vacation, it's been over two months since my last time in studio. So it was nice to be back. Some quick lighting test shots from a workshop we're having this week with the talented Yoo Sun (yoosun.tumblr.com).

There's no better ending than a happy ending.. no better happy ending of summer vacation than a festival! Last saturday I met up with some friends and had the best day! If u don't count spilling a whole bottle of red wine in ur purse (suede leather), how was i to know the cap wasn't on. Heard a lot of good stuff, my fav was The XX tho.. Me, Annette and Catrine from my class at the bottom there.

My grandparents are over 90 years old, and still live in their own house. I interrupted their lunch, as they were sitting by the window in the kitchen, and got these cute shots. (Of course she's made those crochet curtains herself, and probably that knitted jacket she's wearing.)

The spelled woods of Hemsedal

If u go to Hemsedal and follow the trail of torn off witches hair, u get to this haunted part of the woods. This is where the witches of Hemsedal turn into stones at dawn. I've been wanting to go here several times, but the time of day was never suitable. Enchanting place. Me and Anki got out of there just in time, walking down the trail we could hear scratching of nails against rough stones.

Welcome autumn

These last days I've smelled autumn in the air. That means summer's almost over, school's starting in a couple days, friends meet again. Second year at photography school. Hopefully as fantastic as the first one. Reality is closing in, but I don't wanna face it in a while. Just enjoy. Be creative. Live.

The twins

I'm not really sure, but I think this is both of the twins, not just the one twin. I could take pics of them forever, so adorable. Too bad i only have 3 x 4 Gb memory cards... I've been shooting some kids as a summer job, not sure if I can call that a job either..

I have six nieses, this one is Ida. Came to play a couple days ago. Model and photographer. She pulled it off really well. I wasn't really playing.

Food, Music, Peace, Love & Understanding

This years Sommerfest had an amazing line-up, from locals to visiting artists from the US, UK and Aus. The unique thing about this festival, is that the entrance is free! The idéa is; give what u want, and bring some of ur favorite food to share. What started out as a beachparty with just a couple friends, has now escalated to an annual festival that this year was visited by 25000 people. I took pictures for the festival, hired by Andy on the bottom pic there. Can't really call it a job tho, too much fun for that. Can't wait till nxt year:)

Mark Olson concert

Tonight i shot two intimate concerts at Giske, for Sommerfesten. This is Mark Olson. Awesome guy. Really liked his song about a little bird.

Sisters, and sometimes best friends

Two of my nieses, Nikoline and Sigrid, came to hang out today. Good combo of super cute girls in nice dresses, surrounded by beautiful scenery, had to be captured.
